Dhaval Potdar is a graduate student in data science with a passion for data-driven projects that make a real impact on people’s lives. Currently, he is researching how AI can improve data collection and organization for Nature-Based Solutions in collaboration with Duke’s Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions. He is also exploring AI safety with Meta’s Generative AI Media Safety team. Outside of work, he enjoys reading non-fiction, going on road trips, and playing music.
