Attention Durham YouthWorks Partners and Friends!
It's that time again, our Durham YouthWorks in-person event is right around the corner. On April 6th, we're bringing hundreds of youth together at Holton Career and Resource Center for career preparation session, mock interviews, and a financial literacy simulation. We wanted to extend the invitation to our program partners and friends. If you have availability on this day, we could use the extra hands to support our youth and help make the day a success. We need volunteers to support the following areas:
▸ Check-In & Registration — Welcome Youth as they arrive
▸ Mock Interview Facilitators — Help participants practice professional skills
▸ Financial Literacy Simulation — Support interactive financial education stations
▸ Breakfast & Hospitality Room — Support the volunteer lounge and participant room
▸ Auditorium Support — Guide participants and manage event flow
▸ Food Distribution — Setup table and monitor lunch service
▸ Floaters & General Support — Flexible support across all event areas
