Why do you give?
We recently reached the one-year anniversary of our COVID response as a health system and university. Now, more than ever, we need to take care of each other. Springtime to me represents a time of renewed hope, of sunshine, and bringing that sunshine to others. Giving a gift to ‘Doing Good’ and ‘Caring For Each Other’ are simple ways we can take care of each other and our communities.”
And some background on my giving: I have given for years specifically to Doing Good’s Community Care Fund, which supports diverse nonprofits from different counties. An amount comes out of my paycheck each month, which makes it so easy for me – I don’t even have to think about Doing Good —it just happens each month!
