The Duke University MLK Commemoration Committee proudly presents this year’s keynote address, Dignity through Dissent: Demanding Civil Rights in a Modern World. The address will be delivered by Rev. Dr. William J. Barber II, president of the North Carolina NAACP and founder of the Forward Together Moral Movement. Please join us in attending this event, which will also honor the memory of Duke historian John Hope Franklin.
The address is free and open to the public, and free parking is available in the Bryan Center Parking Garage.
