Community Fund Grants Open
DCA is now accepting grant applications for the Doing Good - Community Fund (DGCF). The themes addressed are Affordable Housing, Young Adult Empowerment & Education, Child Development & Education, Food Access & Education, Healthy Communities, and Environment & Sustainability. The application window is open from Sept. 20 to Oct. 17, 2022.
Health Internship Applications Open to HS Students
For the 7th year Duke Health will offer paid internships to high school students in the Durham County area who are interested in exploring healthcare or healthcare support careers. Registration is open now through April 15 on the YouthWorks website.

Duke partnered with the City and County to provide loans and grants to small businesses coping with the pandemic beginning last summer.
