Education Coordinator

Fleurztael Duckworth serves as the Education Coordinator for Whole Health, Community and Professional Programs at Duke University. In this role, she supports the development of programs and curriculum, manages instructor relationships, and coordinates the delivery of courses, trainings, and events. She also collaborates closely with her team to support strategic planning and growth across course offerings, centering learner support, engagement and wellbeing.
 
Prior to joining Duke, Fleurztael held roles in teaching and learning as well as program management, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and learner experience.
 
Fleurztael earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Florida International University and her master’s degree in Cross-Disciplinary Studies from Nova Southeastern University. She is currently pursuing a doctorate in Organizational Learning & Leadership at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where her academic interests center on human-centered design, organizational learning, and leadership.
