Assistant Director of Strategic Initiatives and Planning, Doing Good Employee Giving
Domoniqúe is responsible for the development, planning, and implementation of Duke’s Doing Good employee giving campaign and grant distribution. Domoniqúe brings over 27 years of community engagement and program management and development experience to the field.
Domoniqúe joined the Duke Community Service Center in 1997 as Volunteer Coordinator and became the Assistant Director of Programs in 2006 after receiving her Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from N.C. Central University. Before coming to North Carolina, she was the Program Assistant for the Tennessee Association of Housing and Redevelopment Authorities (TAHRA) statewide AmeriCorps*VISTA project, training public housing residents on self-sufficiency and business development.
