Mina Jang

Mina is from Southern California. She graduated from Duke University in 2023 with a B.A. in English and a minor in Korean. She was involved in Duke University Union, Duke’s institutional event, programming, and media body. She is passionate about the importance of arts education in the classroom. Mina joins the Duke Office of Durham and Community Affairs as a Transportation and Communications AmeriCorps VISTA. VISTA program coordinators serve annually to alleviate poverty by helping local organizations expand capacity to make change.
